I hope this helps someone not go thru what my family went thru, (drop call, long dial tone noise-drops, buzzing, Asian callers "no joke", expired service every 2 weeks after) They steal period point blank. I attempted to pay the annual renewal fee which was not a problem, this was a Sunday early afternoon.

Tried once card was not excepted, the second time card was not excepted server said invalid card, not a problem just went along and paid thru PayPal. So the next day Monday (Aug. 21st. 2017) I noticed the they have collected three payment instead of one, not a problem.

I go ahead and attempt to contact and they get every kind of stupid as if they don't know what I'm talking about when it clearly shows in my banking statements that they have gotten this money, and now are acting like they don't have it. So I give them the benefit of doubt that they would not steal. Well nothing could be plainer they kept saying over and over that they will escalate the claim and get back with me all the while lying. Next they cut my service.

I start receiving emails (service is expired-invalid card). I knew at that point my business with them was coming to a quick end. Occasionally I get someone in the chat and asked about my service and they would get me back up and running which last for about 2 to 4 days. I would ask again about my overage fees, the same thing would be said as if this was a totally new to them.

Would you please provide us with the proof of these transactions so that we can escalate this issue, and to no avail just running more bull%$#@ all along. To add to this please don't try to call, chat, or even put a message in a bottle all of this will be ignored without prejudice. They will do this to you well over a dozen times along with a on hold over the phone for no less than 6 hours and that's on a good day.

I leave you all with a warning if you want Voip service DO NOT USE THEM, AT ALL DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING INFO EITHER, ITHER, WHATEVER YOU DO. NOR ALLOW THAT FANCY NEW WEBSITE FOOL YO ***.
