netTALK - Not able to call out or receive calls.
Had the service for a time, then suddenly could not make call when outgoing number called only received busy signal. Then could not have incoming calls.
Contacted customer service told me it was a technical problem and I needed to speak with someone and they would call back.
How? This is my phone, they did call back but could not receive call. This has been going on for almost a week. Submitted an online request for assistance never heard from anyone.
Checked on the troubleshooting website said I had firewall blocking the service, all of a sudden a firewall is blocking the service.
purchase another service, clearly they do not and are not interested in my business. There are others will check for ratings on other systems.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
