If it ever fails, YOU ARE ABANDONED! They don't care if you still have 10 months of PAID service left! THEY WILL NOT CUT LOOSE WITH A REPLACEMENT DEVICE! If you want to buy one, BE PREPARED TO RE-PAY FOR SERVICE IN ADDITION TO SERVICE YOU ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Kept me on "Chat" for hours and said lost connection, used voice and 3 HOURS later he says the problem is on my end. So I changed ISP's, increased my bandwidth, new router/modem and ALL cables/power supplies and phones and they still claim it's MY PROBLEM! My one-month old DUO failed 12/2015. After contacting their tech support via CHAT (which takes hours, they must service twelve simultaneous chats) they went through diagnostic steps, diagnosed my unit as failed, and said they would send me a return shipping label.
