This is the worst company... If there are any Negative stars to give, make it exponential.

They wheel you in for a cheap price and then you can't get out, especially your mobile number. They hold it hostage. For a phone company, all their support is chat windows or email. Very rarely their chat is real time...

Avoid them like a plague.... We were porting our Number out to Tmobile... They did not port it in time, so they asked me to renew it and said they will do the change of authority. They said to email them the Order receipt to issue a refund.

Tmobile says that they haven't and now this Nettalk says they can't issue the refund. Downright dishonesty.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Cheap price initially.

I didn't like: Horrible customer service.
