Phone will not work on the sim card I bought from them. They will not even contact me despite muti emails I have sent.
Nettalk - Worst co.. Ever
They are the worst to contact, but the contact you when it's renewal.. They overcharged me and want to get the money back but no one response.. 0 stars for this company, I should of checked better business bureau before even thinking of this co.. Karma will come back to you
NetTalk DUO WiFi Review
Phone worked, ported my number (which took 1 month to do). Now phone has dial tone but has a busy signal whenever calling in or out. Been trying for 2 month to talk to tech support with no luck.
Can't hook up my Duo. Have been on hold 3 separate times of all over 2 hrs and have never gotten through. Can not seem to get them by chat either. Terrible customer support
